Journal #13
If I had to choose to spend the rest of my life as any type of ancient warriors I would choose to be a Spartan. I think I would want to be a Spartan because Spartans are the toughest of the tough. Ever since I watched the movie 300 I admire the skills they have and the their brutality. I find them to be very strong people and I would want to be just as strong as them. I think my everyday life as a Spartan would consist of training to be better physically fit and stronger than everyone else around me. I think everyone would try to prove that they are the better skilled warrior, so life would involve constant fighting. At first I believe that I would enjoy this lifestyle, but soon tire of the constant fighting. Even so I believe I would still choose to be a Spartan over all the other warriors.

: She was sure this is where she had left him"
Susan began her day like any other day school,
basketball, and home. Little did Susan know this would not be an ordinary day? When
Susan came home from basketball she took a shower and went to the kitchen to
find her some food for diner. Her mother was working a late shift at the
hospital and wouldn't be home until she was sleeping. While
Susan warmed up her food she heard a noise outside her door that sounded like
metal being rubbed against another piece of metal. What was that noise? Susan
thought. Curious Susan decided to go outside and look to see if anything was
there. Susan stepped outside and found nothing. Hmm that’s odd Susan thought.
That's when she heard the microwave going off inside and was reminded that her
food was ready.
Opening the door Susan went to go inwhen out
of nowhere she was grabbed from behind. The person had grabbed her arms
tightly and wouldn't let go Struggling with her attacker was useless for whoever
grabbed her was strong, but she couldn't give up for she feared her life was in
danger. Susan kicked, shoved, and swung at the air. Her attacker had managed to
get Susan's arms behind her back and tied. Susan knew it wouldn't be long until
the attacker had completely subdued her. Putting all her might she had managed
to kick her attacker in the stomach right where she was aiming for. She thought
she could buy enough time to run and try to get away from them and to safety. The
attacker crumbled to the floor crying out in pain. Susan took that moment to
sprint into the house and managed to close and lock the door with her hands
tied behind her back. She grabbed a knife from the kitchen counter and cut the
rope off her hands freeing them. Scared Susan went to go to the phone was when
she noticed someone coming through the back door. In her moments of terror she realized
she forgot to lock the back door.
Susan ran outside and went straight to the woods
that surrounded her house knowing she had no neighbors and the only place
around for miles was nothing but woods. Susan ran faster than she ever thought
possible crying and wheezing along the way. After running for quite some time
she realized her attacker wasn't pursuing her. She stopped running and felt an
eerie calm settle over the woods. That was when a male went shooting out of the
bushes lunging toward her and in his hand he carried a knife. She knew that if
she wanted to survive that she would have to kill him and resolve came upon
her. Her and her attacker began wrestling and she managed to pry the knife away
from him. Using all the force she could muster she took the knife and plunged
it into his heart. He dropped to the forest ground and soon he was dead. Susan
was scared and didn't know what to do so, she dug for an hour and put the man’s
body in the ground and covered him up with dirt.

Journal # 7: 3 things on my bucket list
The 3
things I want to do before I die are to travel out of the country, go on a
reality show, and go to a Chris Brown concert. I want to go out of the country
because I want to see the how other people live in different part in the
world. Also, it would be very interesting to me and it would be something to do
that is out of my comfort zone. The likeliness of me visiting a place out of
the country is high because for a graduation present my aunt is going to take
me out of the country. Next, I want to go on the show called Love and Hip Hop:
Atlanta. I want to go on this show because I want meet all the
celebrities on the show and to have a life changing experience. The possibility
of me going on the show is very slim because they don't tend to let fans
on the show and I am not famous enough to be on the show on my own.
Lastly, I want to go to a Chris Brown concert because I love his
music and I really want to see him perform live and in person. There is
a pretty good possibility that I will see him in concert because I am
saving up my money to see him and I plan on going to the nearest concert
to see him.

My Number 1 Rule
The number one rule I think everyone should follow no matter what is having good hygiene. Taking good care of your hygiene is important for many reasons. First, when you have good hygiene your being courteous of others because showering, brushing your teeth, etc allows you to smell pleasant, and the people around you don't have to smell unpleasant body odor. Also, when you have good hygiene you tend to look more presentable. This will create a better look for yourself overall. Some possible consequences of you not keeping up on your hygiene is people talking about you, others might not want to be around you because people might think you're dirty, and etc. Even if you're someone who has great equanimity and can deal with people talking about you should always have good hygiene. An example, of you not having good hygiene is not brushing teeth. As a result, you can develop health problems in the long run like gingivitis. Gingivitis can cause cavities, swollen gums, discolored teeth, bone loss, and bad breath. Finally, being clean can make you feel more confident and happier in situations. As you can see, having good hygiene is important for many reasons.
